 POSIX 準拠の類とは異なる新しいシェルで癖は強そうだが、Windows 上で使用するのに良いかも

 ## 実施記録 
 - PowerShell 上で `winget install nushell` で 0.109.1 をインストールした (2025-12-28) 
   - 起動は PowerShell で `nu` 
   - `ls` での表示は半分グラフィカル
